Privacy policy

Effective August 7, 2026.

This site does not track you. It runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and sends no JavaScript to your browser. The only personal information Plaw holds is what you send us yourself: a call, an email, or records you share during an engagement. This page says what we keep, why we keep it, and how to get it deleted.

What the website collects

Nothing, directly. These are static pages served from Cloudflare Pages. There is no cookie, no analytics script, no pixel, and no third-party embed. Plaw cannot see who reads them. Cloudflare, our host, processes standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, to deliver the pages and defend against abuse. That processing is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. Plaw does not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

What Plaw keeps when you reach out

If you call +1 (628) 296-7377 or email yaz@plaw.io, we keep your name, your number or email address, and what you told us. That is how we call you back and remember where the conversation left off. We keep it while the relationship is live, and we delete it when you ask.

Records shared during an engagement

When a customer shares business records during an audit or a monthly operation, those records are governed by that engagement's own agreement, which is stricter than this page, not looser. They stay the customer's records. We do not use them for anything outside the engagement.

What we do not do

Plaw does not sell personal information, and never has. No ad networks, no data brokers, no trading your contact details for anything. There is no mailing list you get quietly added to, and no third party runs code on this site.

Your California rights

If you live in California, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA (California Civil Code section 1798.100 and following) gives you the right to know what personal information a business holds about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Plaw does not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. For the rest, email yaz@plaw.io. The law gives businesses 45 days to respond; we aim for a lot less. We will never treat you worse for asking.

Send any privacy question or request to yaz@plaw.io, or write to Plaw, Inc., 2261 Market Street STE 98749, San Francisco, CA 94114. If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date at the top. That is the whole notification system.
